I would like to take a few minutes of your time to tell you about the excellent service I have received at your Longview location. I had previously purchased a new bobcat T320 from your company in 2008. I have put many hard hours on the machine over the years and like all machines that are run hard mechanical issues arise.  I have seen your employees go above and beyond in making sure that my older machine stayed in service on numerous occasions when breakdowns occurred.

Justin Overstreet : I have had Justin come out into the field and get the unit repaired on several occasions when time was limited and he has always taken my call after hours when I needed a mechanical related question answered. I have called him at near midnight and he still took the call.

Mitch Byrd: I have talked to Mitch on numerous occasions at the shop and he never hesitated to answer my mechanical questions and his advice has been extremely helpful in my decision to purchase a new unit.

Steve & Paula: They have assisted me in getting a rental unit to cover my clients jobs while waiting on my new unit to be delivered.
Without their assistance I do not know how I would of kept my clients happy.

Cory Wasilew: I have seen Cory perform near miracles in getting my bobcat repaired in record time which saved my company thousands of dollars from lost revenue from clients on tight completion deadlines. I can not express enough how impressed I am with the quality of service that I have always received from the Service Dept.

I have just recently traded that old machine in for a brand new Bobcat 770 Forestry Unit. Jared was very helpful in this area and answered all my questions. I am to pick it up later this week.

I would like you to know that my decision to purchase a new unit was based on the level of service I have received over the years more than any other factor.

I wanted to take a few minutes to single out your salesman Max Kepple. Max has consistently impressed me with his dedication, attention to detail,  and persistence. The most recent example of his dedication was last week. We had a problem using our Bobcat laser grading system at a baseball field in Heath. I called Max, not only did he return my call within a few minutes, but he arrived at the job site, did a trouble diagnosis of the system and then called tech support. The next morning he showed up on-site with a new cable to get us up and working. What impresses me most about Max is not just his support but his commitment to his customers after the sale.
 
Prior to our initial Bobcat equipment purchase in December of 2013 we were a long time user of Takeuchi equipment. We purchased at least a dozen Takeuchi track loaders and excavators over the last few years. We were so committed to Takeuchi equipment that we were featured in Takeuchi’s quarterly newsletter. I never thought we would switch brands, and then I met Max. Max called me for months trying to convert me over to the Bobcat system. He provided equipment reviews, allowed me to demo equipment, spoke about the value proposition of Bobcat’s complete line of products and support etc. Time after time I told him no, that I was staying with Takeuchi but he never gave up. His persistence impressed me so much that I finally agreed to buy my first Bobcat machine, an E50 excavator. Initially, there were some maintenance issues with the machine. However, Max had the problems corrected right away giving me confidence to invest in two more Bobcat’s a T650 track loader, and an E26 excavator.  I was very impressed with the quick turnaround of the repair and the professionalism of the Bobcat technicians.  
 
Recently the sales people from a local Takeuchi dealer tried to win our business back via a low price for a new Takeuchi TL8 track loader.  The offer was tempting from a price perspective. However, what I explained to my team was the value of total cost of ownership (TCO). That is, it’s not just the initial price, it’s the level of service support, the complete line of Bobcat products,  and most importantly, the sales person. The only time I heard from my Takeuchi rep was when it was time to buy a new piece of equipment. Max on the other hand, is always in communication with me.
 
I now understand why Bobcat is the market leader, it’s their commitment to customers and that process begins and ends with great salespeople like Max. Please share my thanks with Max and your leadership team.

Tammie Humphreys started her company, Essentail Enviromental Service, about two years ago with a truck, a trailer, a 763 Skid-Steer loader, and a sweeper attachment. Today she has six employees and still relies on her Bobcat 763. She now has two additional trucks and trailers, plus a Bobcat S185 Skid-Steer Loader with a sweeper attachment. Her lead guy, Michael Eubank, follows the SWPPP reports for 41 sub-divisions, including the west division of D.R. Horton. They also service a few commercial accounts, excavators, and developers in Tarrant County.
